§ Responsible for managing the Fleet in all aspects of the Fleet operations, to ensure smooth and timely execution of Fleet on day to day basis. § Daily Activities & Responsibilities. § Ensure proper tracking of all vehicles by vendor and executive team. § Checking of the vehicle audit reports, vehicle audit carried by executive. § Management of daily vehicle and driver’s checklist. § Maintaining reporting of the buses / cars and deploying accordingly as required. § Informing transport manager in case of any deviation of vehicles/cars. § Tracking and monitoring of the cars / buses. § Ensure timely collection of vehicle log sheets and preparation of billing data. § Ensure proper reporting with regards to break downs and deviation in pickups/drops etc… to employees & transport manager. § Collecting the pickup rosters from production control and deploy the vehicles accordingly. § In case of accident, visit the accident spot and take necessary action as required § Inspect Vehicles for Safety and conformance to regional transport office. § Report and follow up any request & complaints from Customer to management office. § Suggest Innovation to improve efficiency of the transport system with low cost. § Liaise with regional transport office. § Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered to as laid down by the regional transport office § Ensure the safety of the customer during transit. § Vendor Management § Ensure all invoices are completed and approved by the client. § Punching the PO#’s in the system. § Should be reachable 24/7 on calls. § Should be able to handle the complete location programs independently.
