1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy is published by Shripad Multiproduct LLP (“Shripad Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India. Move360 is a SaaS product developed and operated by Shripad Multiproduct LLP. The Move360 product includes:
- Move360 Driver — the mobile app for drivers to receive duty/trip assignments and share live GPS location.
- Move360 User — the mobile app for users/employees to view trips, verify pickup/drop, and receive live trip updates.
- Move360 Admin — the mobile app for business owners and operations managers to manage tours, bookings, and fleet on the go.
Collectively, these are the “Service”. By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Personal information: name, email address, phone number, and business details; billing information including GSTIN and PAN; login credentials and account preferences; driver details including licence information and contact details.
Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers; pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns; log data and analytics information.
Location data: the mobile apps collect precise GPS location to enable real-time tracking. Location is collected in the foreground (app open, duty active) and in the background (when a duty/trip is marked started, so the operator can monitor the vehicle even if the app is minimised — this is core to the live-tracking functionality). Background access is requested only after explicit consent and is used solely to provide the tracking Service to the operator. Location is not collected when no duty/trip is active.
App permissions: Location (foreground & background) for live GPS tracking; Camera to scan QR codes or capture document/vehicle images; Storage/Media to upload documents, duty slips, or photos; Notifications to send assignments, booking alerts, and operational updates. You may revoke any permission at any time in device settings. (Exact per-app permissions are in the appendix below.)
3. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Move360, Move360 Driver, Move360 User, and Move360 Admin applications.
- Process bookings, invoices, and payments.
- Enable real-time GPS tracking and route optimisation.
- Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, duty slips, invoices).
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- Generate analytics and reports for your business operations.
- Comply with legal obligations including GST and tax regulations.
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
4. Data sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, SMS/email); business partners when you use integrations; and legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Location data collected through the mobile apps is shared only with the tour operator or business account the driver/user is associated with, and with no other third party.
5. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as mapping providers (e.g., Google Maps), payment gateways, and analytics platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
6. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as necessary to comply with legal obligations (including GST record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data via the contact details in Section 11.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may: access the personal data we hold; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data and account; withdraw consent where consent is the basis; object to processing; and request data portability. 9. Children’s privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Who it’s for: drivers / vendors running assigned trips. Captures the driver’s live location during an active trip so the operator and passengers see progress and trips are billed by distance/time.

Precise location (foreground & background, during an ongoing trip); device diagnostics including motion-sensor readings (to improve location accuracy); vehicle/meter photos and scanned passenger QR codes; optional emergency contact.
